Panetta: U.S. Ready To Begin "Normal" Relations With Iraq

During an appearance Tuesday before the Senate Armed Services Committee, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that the decision to drawdown all U.S. troops from Iraq signals that the U.S. is ready to begin normal relations with Iraq. (0:23)
