Cleaver: New State Voting Laws 'Ideologically Warped'

During a forum on Monday about strict voting laws passed in several states, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) says that supporters of the laws must be “very mean spirited and ideologically warped” to believe that the new laws are fair. (0:11)
