Obama Extends His Condolences To Hillary Clinton

President Barack Obama extended his condolences to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Tuesday prior to officially declaring Ft. Monroe a national monument. Clinton’s mother, Dorothy Rodham, died early Tuesday at the age of 92. (0:43)
