Human Smuggling An Underground Travel Service, Says Expert

Dr. Sheldon X. Zhang, professor and chair of the San Diego State University Sociology Department, said in a discussion regarding human smuggling and organized crime in Mexico, that human smuggling is essentially an underground travel service in response to legal regulations. (0:31)
