Libyan Ambassador: Weapons Pose Major Concerns

While addressing an audience at the National Council on US-Arab Relations on Friday, Libyan Ambassador Ali Aujali explained that Libya needs the international community’s help to control weapons on the street and secure their borders since they have no police or army. (0:58)
