Gulf Coast Claims Czar Says Program Is A Success

During his testimony Thursday before the House Committee on Natural Resources, Kenneth Feinberg, Gulf Coast Claims Facility administrator said he believes the fund has been successful in compensating those affected by the April 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill. (0:26)
