Paul Ryan: Broaden The Base, Lower Tax Rates

During a speech at the Heritage Foundation Wednesday, Chairman of the House Budget Committee Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) said Washington should stop “picking winners and losers through the tax code” and instead treat everyone the same in order to help companies compete. (0:10)
