White House Official Announces "We Can't Wait" Effort

White House Communications Director, Dan Pfeiffer, announces that the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) housing refinance announcement is part of the White House administration’s overall effort, entitled “We Can’t Wait,” to make executive decisions to improve the economy since they cannot wait any longer for Congress to pass the necessary legislation (0:46).
