Coons: Sending Troops To Uganda "Modest, Reasonable"

Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) says he supports “modest, reasonable action” in Central Africa to aid and train African troops facing the known terrorist group, Lord’s Resistance Army, but notes that Congress and the administration should continue to communicate. (0:41)
