Ohio Senator: Paying For Teachers, First Responders Requires Sacrifice From Rich

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) told reporters Wednesday that the Teachers and First Responders Back To Work Act would be paid for by a surtax on individuals making over $1 million, which would not be “much sacrifice from them,” but would mean a lot for the public interest. (0:20)
