Obama: Jobs Plan Opponents Need To Explain Their Position

During a speech in Pennsylvania Tuesday, President Barack Obama said that those in the Senate who vote against the White House’s jobs plan need to explain their position since the bill largely contains provisions that have historically held bipartisan support. (0:14)
