Obama Must Seriously Address Debt, Says Budget Chairman

Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) says America’s debt needs to be addressed this year in a way that would set Congress on a sustainable path in the future. This comes as the Congresional Budget Office released it’s 10-year budget projection. (0:19)
