Four Dollar Gas Prices Will Spark Policy Changes, Says Expert

Gas prices are hovering around $3.00, 33 cents higher than this time last year. Nick Loris, a Heritage Foundation researcher, says the price could increase to $4 by year’s end. (0:15)
