Research Fund For Oil Spill Is Needed, Says Oceanographer

Dr. John Farrington, a scientist emeritus at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, told the National Commission on the BP Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling Tuesday that a fund for oil spill research is needed. (0:21)
