Disability Rights Activist Promotes Community Choice Act

Randy Alexander, a member of the disability rights organization ADAPT, stresses the importance of passing the Community Choice Act during a rally Monday morning. If passed, the legislation would allocate Medicaid funds to support disabled Americans who choose to receive treatment at home at other alternative locations. (0:11)
