NHC Director "Highly Confident" Earl Will Turn Away From Coast

National Hurricane Center Director Bill Read says Wednesday he is “highly confident” that Hurricane Earl will turn northeast once it approaches the Outer Banks of North Carolina, avoiding landfall and major impact on the eastern coast.(:30)
