Gates Concedes Budget Cuts Will Trigger Job Loss

Defense Secretary Robert Gates says in a pre-recorded message to DoD personnel that budget cuts being pursued by the Department will result in job loss. However, Gates says, the Department is working to mitigate the effects. (0:16)
