Expert Says Bush, Obama Iraq Agendas Polar Opposites

Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress Brian Katulis says the Bush administration and the Obama adminstration had very different approaches in handling the situation in Iraq. Katulis says Bush’s approach resembled that of a Hail Mary play in football, whereas Obama’s was more similar to a slow, succesful running attack. (0:31)
