Ongoing Wars Wearing Out Equipment, Says Former Secretary Of Defense

On Tuesday, former Secretary of Defense William Perry explained before the Senate Armed Services Committee that the ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have worn out U.S. equipment. Because of this, and other reasons, Perry cautions against cutting defense spending. (0:16)
