Obama, Landrieu Worked Out Kinks In Recovery Funding

The President, during a speech in New Orleans on the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, credits the advent of recent recovery projects to coordination with local leaders, and Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) in particular.

President Obama remarks that, now, “funds set aside for rebuilding efforts actually [go] toward rebuilding efforts.” (0:32)
