Obama: Small Banks Are Lagging Behind, Need Assistance

During brief remarks at the White House Thursday on the Labor Department’s new unemployment claims data, President Barack Obama emphasized the need for a small business bill. Obama said that community banks are lagging and need the legislation so that lending can be spurred at the local level. (0:11)
