Napolitano Suprised By Birthright Citizenship Discussion

Homeland Security Secretary Janey Napolitano said during a briefing at the White House Friday that she was surpised there has been discussion within the GOP about amending the 14th amendment’s stance on birthright citizenship. (0:19)
