Obama: Jobs Bill Deficit Neutral

President Barack Obama said during a statement from the White House Rose Garden Tuesday that the jobs legislation currently under debate in the House is deficit neutral and that the costs will be offset by closing tax loopholes for corporations that outsource jobs. (0:18)
