Strong Afghan Governance Essential To Success, Says USAID Official

Dr. Rajiv Shah, Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), said today at a hearing before the House Appropriations Committee that a stronger and less corrupt Afghan governement is neccessary if President Obama’s strategy is to succeed. (0:22)
