House Democrat Explains Opposition To War In Afghanistan

Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA), explains his reason for wavering on support of the war in Afghanistan during a House Appropriations Committee hearin on Wednesday. Moran thinks that the Afghan government is so cripplingly corrupt and dysfunctional, that it will take a “generation” for the Afghan people to begin to trust it. (0:32)
