Attacks Up In Afghanistan, But Effectiveness Down, Claims Major General

Major General John F. Campbell said during a satellite briefing from Afghanistan Wednesday that attacks against U.S. forces are up by 12 percent in Afghanistan, but that their effectiveness is down 6 percent. (0:11)
