"Local Jobs For America Act" Good For Minorities, Lawmaker Says

Congressional Rep. Barabara Lee (D-Calif.) says that African-American and Hispanic communities are disproportionately affected by unemployment, and the “Local Jobs For America Act” will ensure that “no one is left behind.” (0:25)
