George Miller Calls For Whistle-Blowers Protection Following BP Spill

An investigation into the Deepwater Horizon spill showed that workers need to have the freedom to say what practices threaten their personal safety or the environment, according to Rep. George Miller (D-Calif.), the Chairman of the House Committee on Education and Labor. (0:24)
