Feds Should Not Abandon Oil Regulatory System, Says Former Interior Secretary

“For half a century the Gulf of Mexico has produced a third of our nation’s oil with an impressive safety record,” said former Secretary of the Interior Gale Norton to members of a House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Tuesday.
