Nuclear Suppliers Undercutting U.S. Nonproliferation Goals

Henry Sokolski, Executive Director of the Non proliferation Policy Education Center, said today at the Heritage Foundation that the United States should pressure foreign nuclear suppliers to stop selling nuclear material through economic measures. (0:47)
