Unemployment Benefits A Lifeline, Not A Bailout Says House Democrat

Rep. Donna Edwards (D-Md.) spoke today at a news conference on extending unemployment benefits. Edwards urged the Senate to take action, and characterized the benefits as a “lifeline” rather than a bailout for out-of-work Americans.  (0:26)
