We Will Never Permanently Be Able To Eliminate Risk Of Financial Crises, Says Bernanke

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke told the House Budget Committee Wednesday that although the U.S. will never be able to eliminate the possibility of future financial crises, it can take steps to ensure that they are less harmful. (0:09)
