Two-Thirds Of Released Criminals Will Go Back to Jail Within Three Years Of Their Release, Says Texas Republican

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), the Ranking Member on the House Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security, says that 95% of currently incarcerated individuals will be released, but two-thirds of them will go back to prison within 3 years of being released. (0:16)
