Proposal To Raise Taxes On Big Oil Is "Trust Fund Abuse," Says Cornyn

During a press conference with reporters on Wednesday, Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) blasts Senate Democrats for proposing to increase the amount that oil companies are required to pay into the Oil Liability Trust Fund in order to help pay for a tax extenders/jobs bill currently being debated. (:47)
