Democrats Robbing Oil Trust Fund To Pay For Jobs Bill, Says Republican Vitter

During a press conference with reporters on Wednesday, Sen. David Vitter (R-La.) blasts Senate Democrats for proposing to increase the amount that oil companies are required to pay into the Oil Liability Trust Fund in order to help pay for a tax extenders/jobs bill currently being debated. (:28)
