Alternative Energy Bill Not A 'Half-Assed' Approach, Says Graham

Sen. Lindsey Graham endorsed a Republican alternative to the Kerry-Lieberman energy bill Wednesday. Graham said that the bill is not a "half-assed" approach, a nod to a statement the South Carolina Senator made in February over a supposed push for a "half-assed" piece of legislation.
