Federal Goverment Sending $69M Bill To BP

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs announced Thursday that the government will soon be sending petroleum giant BP a bill for 69 million dollars, in order to repay the taxpayers for federal funds spent in the government response to the ongoing Deepwater Horizon oil spill disaster. (0:24)
