Petraeus Choice Sidesteps Potential Delay In Afghanistan, Says Gates

Defense Secretary Robert Gates told reporters at the Pentagon Thursday that by assigning General Davie Petraeus as the Afghan Commander, the U.S. will be able to continue to operating in Afghanistan without missing a beat. (0:28)
