Mark Udall Calls Moratorium "Common Sense"

Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.) said during a hearing with the Senate Energy and Natural Thursday that he sees the Gulf drilling ban as a "common sense" decision, specifically in terms of wells that are in development and not production. (0:28)
