Watchdog Has Harsh Words For TARP

Congressional Oversight Committee Chair Elizabeth Warren criticizes the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) in a hearing with the committee Tuesday, saying the program was "designed around servicers 'who have done a terrible job,'" and on the basis of voluntary participation. As TARP's time comes to a close, Warren expresses her concern that Geithner should rethink a mortgage closure prevention program, as "hundreds of thousands of families" face foreclosure. (0:39)
