Despite Suggested Defense Cuts, Armed Forces Will Have What They Need, Says Hoyer

After promoting cuts in defense spending to lessen the deficit, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) clarified that the United States' armed forces would have the necessary funds for the tools they needed to protect and defend the U.S against threats. (0:14)
