Unemployment Spikes In Ohio Since Stimulus Says Official

Ohio State Auditor Mary Taylor says unemployment in Ohio has gone up since enacting the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, from 9.4% to 10.7%. Taylor also says that if Ohio residents were asked if they thought the stimulus bill had been effective, "they would agree that it has not." (0:15)
