Recovery Will Be Difficult, Says Obama, But Gulf Coast Will Bounce Back

On Monday, during his fourth trip to the Gulf Coast since the beginning of the colossal oil spill, President Barack Obama acknowledged that the recovery process will be a painful one, but that the Gulf Coast will ultimately bounce back. (0:39)
