Deficit Reduction Package Must Include Cuts In Military Spending, Says Frank

House Financial Services Chairman Barney Frank (D-Mass.) says that he, along with Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Representatives Walter Jones (R-N.C.) and Ron Paul (R-Texas), will not vote for any deficit reduction package that does not include a cut in military expenditures. (0:18)
