U.S. Should Counter China's Youth Cyber Initiatives, Says Senate Democrat

Referring to programs in China that teach young people how to hack into computer systems, Sen. Thomas Carper (D-Del.) tells reporters on Thursday that the U.S. should counter such programs with "cyber challenges" that could be offered in summer camps for kids. (0:33)
