Murkowski Resolution Will Only Benefit Big Oil, Says Senate Democrat

Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) called for the Senate to later today reject Sen. Lisa Murkowski's (R-Alaska) Environmental Protection Agency disapproval resolution, saying that the resolution only will benefit the oil companies. (0:16)
