Louisiana Rep Says Moratorium Could Cost State 40,000 Jobs

Louisiana Rep. Joseph Cao (R) expresses his concern in a hearing Wednesday that imposing a six month moratorium in the Gulf of Mexico may have "unintended consequences." Cao states that Louisiana is highly dependent on the oil industry, and that the drilling ban could cost the state 40,000 jobs. (0:40)
