Texas Republican Says No One Is Raising 'Mission Accomplished' Banner On America's Job Situation

Despite the addition of 290,000 jobs to the U.S. economy, Rep. Kevin Brady (R-TX) said during a hearing Friday that, with 15 million people out of work that, no one in Congress is raising a "Mission Accomplished" banner just yet. (0:13)
