BP Not Sure If 'Top Kill' Operation Was Successful, Has Alternatives In Mind

The live video shows fluid still leaking out at a massive rate. Hopefully its drilling mud. But some massive force is pushing it out.
I thought the mud was supposed to flow slowly and cut off the oil pressure.
