"Top Kill" Attempt In The Gulf May Happen As Early As Wednesday

U.S. Department of the Interior Deputy Secretary David Hayes tells members of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources that the "dynamic kill" attempt to stop the Gulf oil spill will hopefully take place on Wednesday. (0:20)
